A scene I created in blender, models that can be exported to Unity3D! |
There are many 3D objects created by others to import to a game engine to use, in fact I downloaded many 'prototypes' to experiment with in my upcoming horror survival game 'The Hidden Labyrinth', currently in development. However, one thing I noticed by using these 'assets' from various 3D modelling sites is that they are not only expensive for a single model, many times I come across duplicates in the final build of games released on Steam for example. In my case, I want to create something unique, especially when it comes to modelling, so I decided a while ago to pick up a blender course on Udemy! The results are amazing, being able to create an object and import it to my own game - how cool is that?
Of course I'm not planning on using ALL custom object since that would be extremely time consuming - but highlighted objects or important ones are considered to be fully uniquely customized! I'm still learning new techniques every day - and that makes it all a bit more exciting, and goes well with Unity3D game development!

Will I eventually sell Munnica game assets? Perhaps. It depends. I don't know - who knows what the future holds!
