It's been a few years since the original Mamba Classic was released on itch.io. A lot of things have happened in development world for me and I felt that Mamba Classic 1 didn't really do justice of what kind of game I had envisioned. Therefore I'm working on a new game at the moment (in the arcade corner line up), a fun game that DOES do justice of what I really wanted to bring out. Introducing Mamba Classic 2! The snake game with a twist! The snake will eventually solidify thus creating a wall. In this wall diamonds that have big score bonuses will spawn as the game goes on. Two players are supported!!

I personally love the retro effect on it (enabled by default), however if you're not a big fan it can be disabled. Then the game looks like this:

A bit more information about the game.
- The game will feature three levels at launch, each with their respective difficulty and score setting. Extra levels can be added and will be in the future expansions/updates!!
- Even though Mamba Classic 2 is 2D, it's being build in Unity3D URP. It allows various light effects among other amazing things!! As a result we get a classic game, with a retro style look but still with a bit of modern flair!
- Two players can play the game! One uses the WASD controls, the other arrows! Believe me, it's fun and addicting.
- A high score table records the TOP TEN high scores in the game.
- There are different modes to play. An endless mode, how far can you make it in the game? And a 'race' mode, where you can race through all the available levels. Both modes support multiplayer!
Again, this game was also inspired by the classic MS-DOS game 'Mamba'. The concept comes from Bert Uffen and is a twist on the original snake game.
